A DJOBOX is a pool of RAM, CPU and storage that you configure yourself. You then use that capacity to create one or more compatible games and applications.
Do I have to choose a predefined package?+
No. Configuration is granular: RAM in 512 MB steps, CPU in 0.5 vCPU steps and storage in 1 GB steps, within the capacity available when ordering.
Can I host multiple servers in the same DJOBOX?+
Yes. You freely distribute the available resources between your services. From DJOBOX Control, you can also resize an existing server and reallocate RAM, CPU, SSD, backups, databases and ports without exceeding your DJOBOX global quota.
Can I really host applications too?+
Yes. DJOBOX is not limited to gaming: the catalog also includes applications, runtimes, bots, databases and tools such as Code-Server, Gitea, Grafana, MariaDB, Bun and Deno.
Can I switch games without buying another subscription?+
Yes. Your subscription covers DJOBOX capacity, not a specific game. You can replace one service with another as long as your resources allow it.
What is DJOBOX Control?+
It is your management interface: console, files, SFTP, backups, databases, networking, automations, teams, monitoring, Marketplace, migrations and game-specific features.
Can I control DJOBOX from my own tools?+
Yes. The DJOBOX API can be enabled from your account. Create account-, DJOBOX- or server-scoped keys with granular permissions, then connect scripts, bots, dashboards or automation tools.

BOXI is the AI built into DJOBOX Control. It can prepare a complete server setup, suggest suitable resources, then help with configuration, diagnostics and everyday actions.
Can I connect my own AI to DJOBOX?+
Yes. In addition to BOXI, the DJOBOX API lets you create a dedicated key with precise scope and permissions for scripts, bots or external agents.
How are API keys protected?+
Keys are scope-limited and can expire, be IP-restricted, disabled, revoked or rotated. The full secret is only displayed when created or rotated.
Where are services hosted?+
Services sold by DJOBOX are hosted in France.
Is there a loyalty and referral program?+
Yes. DJOBOX Benefits brings together Points earned through active offers, your referral link and gift credits. Available Points can be used on renewals according to the conditions shown in your account.
Can I give a DJOBOX as a gift?+
